The latest Legal 500 Caribbean rankings have confirmed the top-tier status of Mourant Ozannes’ Cayman litigation practice, which is involved in many of the largest and most complex disputes currently before the Courts.
Mourant Ozannes market-leading litigation team in Cayman is currently acting in the on-going trials of two very large commercial actions before the Grand Court, namely for Primeo in seeking to recover US$750 million lost in the Madoff fraud and for the plaintiff (AHAB) in one of the largest frauds ever to be litigated currently before the courts, seeking damages of over US$6 billion.
